Having a good landlord tenant relationship can sometimes happen out of luck. Certain tenants can prove to become highly cooperati ve and follow their responsibilities assigned to them from their tenant forms. The same case can be made for landlords. However, many are not as lucky.

Several tenants not only violate the provisions of the landlord tenant forms, they also harm the rental property . Many landlords have found their properties damaged with hole s in the walls, cigarette burns in the carpet and cracked or broken windows . Unfortunately, landlords can be just as frustrating, except that they provide frustration a little differently. It is common to find landlords who are very intrusive. They do not follow their tenant agreement of allowing their tenant certain privacy and they constantly haggle over the cost of repairs. Many only care about the line in the landlord tenant form that states that the rent that must be paid in time.

If you are the landlord and you find that there is a tenant who is disturbing the rest of your tenants, then it is your responsibility as the landlord to cope with this situation. If you want, you can first resort to their lease agreement and politely remind the tenant to abide by the provisions. If problem happens again, send a written notice mentioning relevant provisions that he is violating. If still it does not mend ways, then involve the police before you have your tenant evicted.

Same is the case of the bad landlords and they also create problems for their tenants. They often raise rents and resort to unlawful eviction of most of their tenants. They also refuse to repair fixtures that falls in there area of responsibility according to the landlord tenant forms agreement. If such development crops up, the tenant should politely show the landlord tenant form and relevant provisions for his information. If they ignore those provisions, then consult and attorney on the best ways to find another home. It is not worth living in unstable living conditions if you can help it.

Bad landlords and renters are everywhere but there is always a legal and professional way out to deal with them. Make sure your landlord tenant forms protect you from the above mentioned issues. If such provisions do not exist, the landlord or the tenant could insist on inserting them in the landlord tenant form in order to save themselves from future disputes and other such issues.

I'd say that there's never been a tenant who likeed his landlord; now, landlords are selling their houses without informing tenants who have to move on short notice.
